Somewhere in your inbox is a perfectly polite three-paragraph reply that took its sender four seconds to produce. Plenty of knowledge workers have already let a machine draft something for them; far fewer have mentioned it. Is this a tool, like spellcheck and the calculator before it, or is it outsourcing the one part of the job that was supposed to be you? Nobody's watching. Answer honestly.
